Pakistan Knives & Swords is a handmade knife and sword workshop at Pakistan Tanneries Street, Nizamabad, Wazirabad 52000, Punjab, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information you give us when you send an enquiry, request a quote, place a custom order or contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or social media:

your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address
your shipping address and country
details of the product or custom design you want, including sizes, materials, sketches and reference photos
your messages to us and our replies
payment details needed to confirm your payment (for example the name on a bank transfer or your PayPal email). We do not see or store your card numbers.

Information collected automatically when you browse the website:

technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visit, recorded by our hosting provider for security and performance
usage statistics through Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell us how visitors find and use the site

Our website does not ask you to create an account, and the shopping cart only keeps your selection in your browser until you send it to us.
