Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with Pakistan Knives & Swords.
These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed with Pakistan Knives & Swords through this website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
1Who We Are
Pakistan Knives & Swords is a family knife-making workshop in Wazirabad, Pakistan. We make and sell our own handmade knives, swords and kitchen knives directly to customers around the world.

2Products and Descriptions
Every product is handmade. Because each blade is forged and finished by hand, the Damascus pattern, wood or Micarta grain, colour and exact measurements can vary slightly from the photos and from one piece to the next. These natural differences are part of handmade craftsmanship and are not defects.
Product photos show examples of our work. Before production starts, we confirm the final specifications of your piece with you in writing.
3Prices
Our prices are shown based on your location. When you visit our website, prices per piece appear in your local currency, such as US dollars, euros, British pounds, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars or Pakistani rupees. You can change the currency at any time with the selector at the top of the page.
Where a product shows a price range, the final price depends on the options you choose, such as size, steel, handle material, engraving and quantity. Before we start making your order, we send you a written confirmation of the final price, the specifications and the estimated delivery time. That confirmed price is the price you pay. Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and are confirmed with you before payment. Customs duties and import taxes are not included (see section 7).
4Placing an Order
Contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or our contact page with the product you want and any custom details. We confirm the price, specifications, shipping cost and delivery time with you. Once you accept and pay, your order is confirmed and production starts.
We may decline an order, for example if a product cannot legally be shipped to your country or if we cannot make it to the requested specification. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
5Payment
We accept Direct Bank Transfer and PayPal. Available payment options can vary by country. Payment instructions are sent to you when your order is confirmed. Production starts after payment is received.
6Production, Approval & Shipping
Most of our products are made to order. Kitchen knife sets usually take 7 to 14 days to make; other products may take longer depending on the design. While your order is being made, we send you photos and videos, and before shipping we send photos and video of the finished piece for your approval.
We ship worldwide by air with DHL, FedEx and UPS. Delivery usually takes 12 to 15 days after dispatch, and express shipping may be available at extra cost. You receive a tracking number once your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
7Customs, Import Laws & Age
Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by your country are paid by the customer unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Laws on knives, swords and other bladed items differ between countries and regions. It is your responsibility to check that you can legally import, own and use the product where you live before ordering. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country, if higher) to buy from us. We do not ship to places where the product is prohibited.
8Returns & Refunds
Because every piece is made to order for one customer, we do not accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind once production has started. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is materially different from the specifications we agreed, please contact us promptly with photos or videos and we will work with you on a fair solution. 9Safe Use
Our products are sharp tools and collectibles. Handle, use and store them with care, keep them away from children, and use them only for lawful purposes. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or careless handling.
10Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
11Intellectual Property
All photos, text, designs and logos on this website belong to Pakistan Knives & Swords and may not be copied or used without our permission.
12Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your own country.
13Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders confirmed on or after that date.
