Product Description

The GutHuk is an 8 in (20 cm) hunting knife built for field dressing, with a 4 in (10 cm) black powder-coated carbon steel blade, a 4 in (10 cm) bone handle with brass rivets and a brass guard. The gut hook on the spine opens game cleanly without puncturing the organs, while the main edge handles skinning. The black coating helps protect the carbon steel from rust and cuts glare in the field. A blade of around 4 inches is what many hunters prefer for deer-size game: big enough to work, small enough to control. A fitted leather sheath is included. Need a different blade length, handle material or engraving? We can make it to your specifications. Hand-forged in our workshop in Wazirabad, Pakistan, and shipped to the USA, UK, Europe and worldwide.
